Senai Project for Maturity – Brazilian population ageing and its impact in the work market: challenges and opportunities
The aim of this project was to train and sensitize the coordination offices of SENAI’s 28 Regional Departments, enabling them to re-qualify mature workers to remain in the workforce, or to qualify them for new working opportunities after retirement, thus enhancing their quality of life.
Seminar “The ageing of the workforce: what does the industry have to do with that”
The idea of this seminar was to inform, guide and sensitize the industry, through their boards and Human Rights managers, in relation to the Brazilian population ageing and its impact on the organizations, particularly on the workforce, in the short, mid and long term. In addition, it tries to point out solutions for both, business owners and employees, on professional requalification and permanence of the workforce, or retirement preparation.
